Working primarily independently, as well as within a team setting,

responsible for securing mineral rights leases, mineral conveyances, and the

review and correction of completed oil and gas legal agreements for the

exploration and placement of natural gas wells and pipelines for the

production of natural gas; Solely responsible for land acquisitions totaling

over $4 million, and over $7 million to date; Position requires travel,

working with little to no supervision, and sometimes extended working

hours. This position also requires lease take-offs for new projects and title

research on acquired leases. Abstract was required for 60 to 140 years prior

to acquisition of leases to ensure ownership and gathering information

regarding judgments, liens, Right-of-Ways and mortgages.
